Return & Exchange

At Lyana, we provide our valued customers with a hassle-free return and exchange policy. We strive to thoroughly inspect every product before dispatching an order. However, if a product is found to be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, it can be exchanged by contacting our customer support at support@lyana.com/lyanamarketing@gmail.com or 0320-7741111.

Lyana is responsible for returns and exchanges only within 7 days from the date of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.

Please note that in the case of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all products reach Lyana in their original condition without any damage.

Additionally, if a customer wishes to return or exchange a product, they are solely responsible for paying the delivery charges and shipping the items to Lyana's Lahore office: House no 80, Haider Ali Street, Shahtaj Colony, Walton, Lahore. However, if the product is neither damaged nor defective but the customer still wishes to return it, Lyana will deduct 15% of the product price as a restocking fee.
