Return & Exchange

At Lyana, we provide our valued customers with a hassle-free return and exchange policy. We strive to thoroughly inspect every product before dispatching an order. However, if a product is found to be damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, it can be exchanged by contacting our customer support at support@lyana.com or 0320-7741111.

Lyana is responsible for returns and exchanges only within 7 days from the date of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.

Please note that in the case of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all products reach Lyana in their original condition without any damage.

Additionally, if a customer wishes to return or exchange a product, they are solely responsible for paying the delivery charges and shipping the items to Lyana's Lahore office: E-177, C Block, Street 12, Iqbal Park, Main Boulevard, Defence Road, Lahore. However, if the product is neither damaged nor defective but the customer still wishes to return it, Lyana will deduct 15% of the product price as a restocking fee.
